A prolific singer-songwriter and accomplished multi-instrumentalist, she also shone on Broadway in an adaptation of The Threepenny Opera and recorded an album of songs made famous by Doris Day. And we haven't even mentioned the verve and humour that make her so delightful onstage. Ladies and gentlemen, in her first Festival appearance since 2004, we finally welcome the return of the insouciant, irrepressible Nellie McKay!
